MELBOURNE, Fla.-Harris Corp. launched a comprehensive branding campaign featuring a new logo, redesigned collateral materials and a more coordinated communications approach that will be used by all four of the company’s businesses, the company said.
“Next level solutions” is Harris’ new vision statement, representing its focus on providing advanced products, systems and service solutions that help its customers grow their businesses, the company said.
The new logo shows the company’s name in red and black letters with a more modern typestyle and a stylized red letter “A” in the Harris name. It replaces a blue and black logo instituted in 1974. Harris plans to build on the new color scheme and modern design in all its new marketing communications materials.
“For more than two decades, the existing logo has served us well, but much has changed,” said Phillip W. Farmer, Harris chairman and CEO. “Harris has become a more diversified, worldwide company that works with a wide range of commercial and government customers to provide product, system and service solutions that help take them to the `next level.’
“This new vision statement clearly defines this focus to all of our customers, employees and other stakeholders.”
