CAMBRIDGE, Mass.-Kenan Systems Corp. announced Paging Network Inc. selected its Arbor/Mobile billing platform to support the paging carrier’s current and future billing services.
PageNet has begun a major reorganization of its billing and other processes, looking to consolidate several functions into nationwide “Centers for Excellence,” said the company. It has been looking for an appropriate billing solution to replace its old one, which is necessary before moving forward with its Center for Excellence plan.
“As we consolidate billing and other support functions as part of our ongoing reorganization, PageNet is committed to creating a service platform that provides world-class service to our existing customers while enabling us to expand the range of products and services we offer,” said Ted Mullinix, executive vice president of operations at PageNet. “Kenan’s billing solution will play an important role as we expand our business to provide customized, value-added information services to our subscribers.”
