DALLAS-Celcore, a division of DSC Communications Corp., has signed multiple contracts with Millicom International Cellular S.A. and two Russian telecommunications companies to provide its Advanced Mobile Phone Service GlobalSwitch mobile switching center and GlobalCell base stations, DSC announced.
With the new contracts, four Russian cities will be operating with DSC cellular systems. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.
