GARDEN CITY, N.Y.-Communication Corporation of America said its wholly owned subsidiary, Ascot Communications Inc., began national marketing and sales of prepaid cellular service.
The company began signing on regional and national distributors throughout regions where CCOA has airtime contracts, said the company.
“We feel this is as close to the perfect product as you can get,” said Frank Panuccio, chief executive officer of CCOA. “Since everything is prepaid there is minimal capital expenditure, no monthly customer billing, no accounts receivables and no bad debt. Yet the company will continue to benefit indefinitely from the residual revenue of customers recharging airtime on their phones.”
