NORCROSS, Ga.-USCI Inc. subsidiary Ameritel Communications and Cable and Wireless Inc. announced they formed a strategic alliance, under which CWI will use USCI’s carrier platform to offer wireless products and services, including cellular and paging.
CWI serves the business market exclusively, from which USCI-presently distributing through mass-market consumer channels-will benefit. CWI is owned by Cable and Wireless plc.
