BUFFALO GROVE, Ill.-Telular Corp. named Kenneth Millard president and chief executive officer. Millard also will serve as a member of the board of directors.
Prior to joining Telular, Millard served as president and chief operating officer of Bethesda, Md.-based Oncor Communications. From 1989 to 1992, he was president and chief executive officer of Michigan Bell Telephone Co.
The company also announced its restructuring program enacted during January is substantially complete as of the end of March. The company said its manufacturing facilities have been consolidated in Atlanta.
