NEWARK, N.J.-The New Jersey State Police arrested three individuals suspected of running a cellular telephone fraud operation.
Jose Guzman, Edgard DeAza-Berroa and Nancy Franceschi were arrested May 18 after an investigation by the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office, aided by Bell Atlantic Mobile and Cellular One.
The police seized 20 cloned cellular telephones, two computers with cloning software and suspected heroin, cocaine and narcotics paraphernalia.
