CINCINNATI-USA Mobile Communications Holdings Inc. has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the paging business and licenses of Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Page Alert.
Page Alert has 6,500 subscribers in service, USA Mobile said. Specific terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to Federal Communications Commission approval.
