Brad Busse is now the chief operating officer at Daniels & Associates. Prior to his appointment, Busse served as executive vice president of Daniels’ Mobile & Telephony division. Busse will continue to manage the mobile group, address the day-to-day operational issues of the firm and develop the services of various Daniels divisions.

ATA Information Systems named Andy Nordmeyer director of customer service. Nordmeyer will be responsible for supervising the company’s customer support department including all aspects of client services, software testing, documentation, telephone support, customer training and system installations. Nordmeyer formerly served as a senior customer service representative.

EnBloc Inc. has appointed William Stephens president and chief executive officer. Prior to joining EnBloc, Stephens served as CEO for Scientific Imaging Technologies where he helped market the company’s charge-coupled device imaging technology. Stephens’ main task will be to lead the company out of its start-up phase and into the forefront of the RF wireless communications sector.

GTE Corp. announced the appointment of C. David Decker as president of GTE Laboratories Inc. Decker joined GTE in 1973 as an advanced research engineer at GTE Sylvania’s Electro-Optics organization in Mountain View, Calif. He left GTE in 1981 and during 1982 was director of the RCA Advanced Technology labs. He rejoined GTE Laboratories in 1983 as director of the Fundamental Research Laboratory and was promoted to vice president and director of research in 1986.

Maggie Wilderotter now is executive vice president of cellular phone operations for AT&T Wireless Services. In 1991, Wilderotter joined McCaw Cellular Communications Inc. as president of regional operations for California, Nevada and Hawaii and has continued in that position under AT&T’s ownership. In the new position, Wilderotter will be responsible for marketing, sales, customer service and information services and will supervise a division that provides wireless phone service for commercial airlines.

Allen Telecom Group Inc. appointed Martha LeVasseur to lead its marketing department. LeVasseur has more than 20 years experience in marketing and product management and has worked for nearly a decade in the telecommunications industry. She will be responsible for shaping and directing ATG’s strategic positioning programs as well as marketing communications, including advertising, promotions and public relations.

Dale Bastian is now senior vice president for North American sales and marketing for ATG. Bastian served as ATG’s vice president for North American sales since 1993. Prior to joining ATG, Bastian was the director of sales at Rose Communications in Santa Clara, Calif. Previously, he was vice president of sales at Digital Sound Corp.

Michael Linet has been named vice president of Lotterman Real Estate Service Inc. Linet will conduct Lotterman’s site acquisition and leasing activities, specializing in service to cellular, personal communication services and enhanced specialized mobile radio service carriers.

PriCellular Corp. has appointed Mark Dilcom director of market development. Dilcom will be responsible for assisting general managers in the company’s newly acquired Ohio cluster. Prior to joining PriCellular, he worked at Nextel Corp. and served as operations project manager at Western Wireless Corp.
