NASHVILLE, Tenn.-A-Plus Network Inc. said it has completed negotiations on its $25 million, seven-year credit facility with First Chicago Corp.
“This agreement will further enable us to move forward aggressively with our strategic growth plan, which includes acquisitions in the consolidating paging industry.,” said Elliott Singer, chairman and chief executive officer of A-Plus Network.
Funds can be advanced to A-Plus Network over the next 24 months, subject to certain financial covenants and other covenants and conditions.
