POMPANO BEACH, Fla.-Signal Communications Inc. announced it has signed an agreement to purchase three Motorola Inc. service facilities in south Florida and the related service contracts and customer bases.
Signal, in cooperation with Motorola, said it will perform service work on two-way radios and systems, as well as other wireless communications devices, previously provided by Motorola’s company-owned facilities in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Boynton Beach, Signal said. Motorola has divested company-owned facilities nationwide in the past three months.
