DALLAS-PCS PrimeCo L.P. and Cincinnati Bell Information Systems announced PCS PrimeCo will deploy CBIS’s Precedent 2000 Customer Care and Billing Systems in its personal communications services network.
The companies said Precedent 2000, a third-generation UNIX-based solution, will offer PCS PrimeCo increased processing efficiency, architectural flexibility, reduced maintenance expense, real-time rating and productivity improvements that lessen the overall cost of business for the service provider. The solution will run in CBIS’s new data center and business complex to be dedicated this summer in Orlando, Fla.
