SAN FRANCISCO-Cellular One in San Francisco and AT&T Wireless Services Inc’s. wireless data division announced an agreement to deliver AT&T wireless packet data service to Cellular One customers.
Under the terms of the agreement, AT&T Wireless and Cellular One will design and deploy a Cellular Digital Packet Data network initially covering the peninsula, from San Francisco to San Jose. The companies also will train sales, technical and customer support groups and manage the data network once it is running.
