KANSAS CITY, Mo.-Sprint Spectrum L.P. will deploy Cincinnati Bell Information Systems’ Precedent 2000 Wireless Business Management Solution for its personal communications services network.
Sprint Spectrum said it has signed a five-year contract with CBIS that also covers providing CBIS’ Precedent 2000 to Sprint Spectrum affiliate Cox California PCS, which has a pioneer’s preference PCS license in the Los Angeles-San Diego major trading area.
Precedent 2000 is a third-generation, Unix-based customer care and billing solution that will offer Sprint Spectrum maximized processing efficiency, architectural flexibility, low maintenance expense, real-time rating and high productivity that minimizes the overall cost of business, said Sprint Spectrum.
