KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.-InterDigital Communications Corp. said it has favorably settled a class action lawsuit filed by a shareholder in November 1994. The shareholder claimed the company and its former chief executive officer failed to disclose some financing arrangements. InterDigital said it acted in good faith and did nothing wrong in the attempted, but never completed, financing transactions.
Settlement terms were not disclosed.
