SPOKANE, Wash.-Itron Inc., a provider of information and communications solutions for utilities, reached an agreement with Precision Meters to jointly develop automatic meter reading modules compatible with Precision’s domestic, turbine and compound meters. Itron said the agreement will be a cost-effective way to remotely interrogate water meters.
