ST. PAUL, Minn.-RAM Mobile Data USA L.P. said its wireless data communications solution has made fast, on-site appraisals possible for the Ramsey County of St. Paul, Minn., Assessor’s Office.
Ramsey County has enabled its Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal system with a software designed by Cole-Layer-Trumble, a mass appraisal firm, using RAM’s two-way, nationwide wireless data communications service.
By eliminating paperwork and data entry efforts that previously were required, appraisers can now complete the entire property assessment process efficiently while on site, the company said.
