CERRITOS, Calif.-Los Angeles Cellular Telephone Co. said it eliminated charges for incomplete cellular phone calls in its Southern California market, and said it is the first carrier to do so.
Incomplete calls-which result in busy signals or ring with no answer-also will not be counted toward rate plan “included minutes” and will not even appear on customers’ monthly cellular phone bills, the company said.
