BILLERICA, Mass.-NextWave Telecom Inc. opened its Northeast Regional Headquarters Monday, in Billerica, Mass.
NextWave said 40 employees will work there initially but the company plans to add 120 positions at the location during the next 18 months.
NextWave won 63 licenses to provide personal communications services at auction.
