NEW YORK-Bell Atlantic Nynex Mobile expanded its offering of DigitalChoice to the Philadelphia area.
There is no activation fee for DigitalChoice, which employs 13-kilobit per second CDMA technology. Pricing plans start at $25 per month. Bell Atlantic Nynex said it is selling dual-mode phones for $300 from Qualcomm Personal Electronics.
