SAN FRANCISCO-Gilbert Associates Inc. said it will purchase the stock of TEC Cellular Inc.
Melbourne, Fla.-based TEC, a provider of Windows-based wireless system design software tools, network design technical services and instruction and network engineering services, will become a division of Safco Technologies Inc., Gilbert’s primary telecommunications company.
