COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-DMW Worldwide L.L.C. introduced a product that will allow customers to access and download billing information from the World Wide Web.
Timarou, the company’s integrated billing and customer care software application, allows consolidated and customized billing from a range of providers, products and services, flexible service and pricing plans and improved customer care, the company said.
Customers have the option of downloading detailed billing data via the Web into their own spreadsheet or accounting applications. Japan Communications Inc., a cellular service provider for corporate customers in Japan, is the first company to deploy the system.
