CARROLLTON, Texas-CellStar Corp. and InfoCellular Inc. introduced a customer acquisition and inventory fulfillment product.
The interface provides one application for customer qualification, fulfillment and activations, the companies said.
Users enter customer information once into InfoCell’s customer acquisition products and the information is forwarded to CellStar’s inventory fulfillment system.
The Electronic Data Interchange-based transaction automatically activates a customer and fulfills the inventory to be shipped.
The companies said the interface provides an efficient acquisition and fulfillment system that minimizes errors and speeds time to market.
