RICHARDSON, Texas-L.M. Ericsson announced it will establish an Energy Systems product design center in the United States.
Currently, most power product design takes place in Stockholm, Sweden. The company said a U.S.-based center will shorten the introduction cycles for new products specifically tailored for the U.S. market.
Ericsson also said it will open an RF Power design center in Philadelphia to complement its center in California.
