SALT LAKE CITY-World Wireless Communications Inc. announced it has acquired the business assets of Gonic, N.H.-based Austin Antenna Ltd., as well as all the outstanding capital stock of TWC Ltd., a Delaware corporation that World Wireless plans to operate under the Austin Antenna name.
David Singer, president and chief executive officer of World Wireless, said the combination of Austin’s antenna operations and World Wireless’ radio-frequency engineering resources should enhance both companies’ product development abilities.
The financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
