FREEHOLD, N.J.-Paging Partners Corp. entered its first mass marketing venture through a reseller distribution agreement with P.C. Richard & Son, a northeast electronics and appliance chain. Paging Partners said it will be the retailer’s sole paging provider.
P.C. Richard & Son will have complete control of its customer base by using Paging Partners’ proprietary software, allowing it to offer direct customer service, said Tim Peterson, Paging Partners’ vice president of sales.
“Apart from the financial benefits, acting as a paging reseller will permit P.C. Richard to convert its customer relationships from isolated transactions to ongoing service relationships,” Peterson said.
