TEMPE, Ariz.-Arch Communications Group Inc. said Auto-Owners Insurance Co. of Lansing, Mich., selected its National Services Division to provide messaging services for its insurance agents across the United States.
The agreement allows policy owners in 22 states to contact their insurance agents at any time, Arch said. Auto-Owners has 21,000 agents in more than 4,000 agencies in 45 cities across the country.
Arch’s National Service Division provides turnkey paging services to companies and organizations that want wireless messaging capabilities, customer service and product support but do no want to build and maintain their own systems, Arch said.
