NEW YORK-Dset Corp., a Bridgewater, N.J.-based telecommunications network solutions provider, plans to go public with a 3.5 million share offering of common stock priced at $16 each.
Dset provides industry-standard application development tools, custom application development services and carrier-to-carrier network applications.
The company said carriers and equipment vendors use its products and services to build applications that facilitate remote management of network devices, rapid implementation of new telecommunications services and flow-through of information to applications for local number portability and trouble administration.
Dset delivers its products and services in the Western Hemisphere, Europe, China, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
BT Alex. Brown Inc., Baltimore, is lead underwriter for the planned offering. Dset’s stock will be listed on the Nasdaq National Market.
