SAN CARLSO, Calif.-CellNet Data Systems Inc. demonstrated the integration of its wireless technology with photocopiers at the Business Technology Association Converging Technologies Conference in Orlando, Fla.
The integration allows CellNet to provide automated meter collection services to photocopier companies, distributors and leasing companies, priced on a monthly per-endpoint basis. It also makes the information available on the Internet.
CellNet also announced a strategic alliance with Monitel Products Corp., a remote data acquisition provider, to integrate Monitel’s data acquisition hardware and host software with CellNet’s wireless data communications network.
