FALLS CHURCH, Va.-Spectrum Resources Towers L.P. announced it has acquired the tower assets of Tower Industrial Park, which is based in the Cleveland area.
Major tenants include Ameritech Corp., AT&T Wireless Services Inc., Paging Network Inc. and PageMart Wireless Inc., said Spectrum.
The purchase was made as part of a $60 million financing commitment through VS&A Communications Partners II L.P., a $330 million investment partnership of Veronis, Suhler & Associates that invests solely in the media and communications industry.
