ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.-Transcrypt International’s E.F. Johnson products division celebrated its 75th year of manufacturing radio equipment at a reception for its customers at the National Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials Conference.
E.F. Johnson was founded in 1923 by Edgar F. Johnson in his hometown of Waseca, Minn. Transcrypt, headquartered in Lincoln, Neb., acquired the company in July 1997.
