PAGEWRITER GETS INTERNET CAPABILITY

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.-Motorola Inc. announced its PageWriter 2000 two-way pager will have access to Internet-based information services through the PocketGenie software application developed by WolfeTech Corp. The agreement follows a year-long trial of the software by Motorola.

PocketGenie allows pagers to receive news, weather, scores, traffic reports and entertainment listings both on-demand and at pre-determined intervals directly from Internet content providers with which WolfeTech has agreements. With the PageWriter two-way device, users can submit queries and information requests to these Internet sites, without needing to know the address.
