BURLINGTON, Mass.-Novera Software Inc. announced its jBusiness Solutions product will be used to create a customer-care system for Arch Communications Group Inc.
Arch, which recently underwent an operational restructuring, will use Novera’s Java-based server solution for order placement and fulfillment, billing, inventory and as an automated interface with the company’s paging network. Arch plans to deploy the applications to more than 200 locations nationwide, so an enterprise-Java based application system-in which the applications reside in the network-was necessary, the company said.
