MALVERN, Pa.-Triton Cellular Partners L.P. said it reached a definitive agreement to acquire Blue Mountain Cellular Telephone, a privately held company that provides cellular service in Oregon and Washington. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The acquisition, expected to close during the first quarter of 1999, is part of Triton’s strategy to identify and acquire attractive rural properties, and to develop regional rural service area clusters, the company said.
