HEATHROW, Fla.-Brite Voice Systems, Heathrow, Fla., announced David S. Gergacz resigned as its chairman and chief executive officer but will remain a member of its board of directors.
Stanley G. Brannan, a company founder and board member, will replace Gergacz on an interim basis.
