ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill.-Motorola Inc.’s Cellular Infrastructure Group said Sprint Spectrum L.P. launched its personal communications services network in several key markets as part of the expansion of its nationwide network. Seven of these new markets are using Motorola CIG’s Code Division Multiple Access network equipment.
The newest Sprint PCS network expansion delivers service to customers in Cincinnati, Columbus, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro, N.C. Service in Charlotte, N.C., will begin later this week.
