SCHAUMBURG, Ill.-Motorola Inc. announced it signed a multiyear contract with United States Realty & Investment Co., New York, to provide antenna-site management for some of its properties.
Under terms of the agreement, Motorola will manage exclusively any wireless communications equipment to be placed on more than 30 of United States Realty’s properties across the country. The realty company does not currently offer rooftop antenna space on its properties for wireless equipment.
“We wanted to create another stream of revenue from the properties we already have,” said Benjamin Braka, vice president, United States Realty & Investment.
