SCHAUMBURG, Ill.-In an agreement with IBM’s software group, Motorola Worldwide Data Solutions Division said it now will be able to offer IBM’s eNetwork Emulator Express, eNetwork Web Express and eNetwork Wireless Gateway and Mobile Client as part of its Private DataTAC+ solution.
“The eNetwork Wireless Software augments and enhances our Private DataTAC offering by enabling easier access to legacy databases through the eNetwork Emulator Express and enhanced Web access though the eNetwork Web Express,” said Greg Townsend, vice president and general manager of Motorola’s Worldwide Data Solutions Division.
The IBM eNetwork family of products extends the reach of the network by providing mobile users secure access to existing Internet Protocol-based applications over wireless and dial-up networks without complex reprogramming.
