SPRINT EXPANDS IN GEORGIA

ATLANTA-Sprint Spectrum L.P. announced it expanded its network into Atlanta and the
surrounding communities.

Sprint PCS said it will provide coverage on I-75 north through Knoxville, Tenn.; on I-85
north through Commerce, Ga.; south through Spalding County; east through Athens, Ga.; and west to Carroll County.
When fully deployed, Sprint PCS expects to offer coverage throughout Georgia, including major highways and the
cities of Macon, Augusta, Savannah, Columbus and Rome.

Sprint PCS also is opening five new retail stores during
the launch period, which runs through March. Customers who sign on with Sprint PCS during this time will be offered
a special package that includes rates of $30 per month for 120 minutes of calling, and $450 per month for 500 minutes
of calling. Both plans include free long-distance calling.
