ORBCOMM TO BRING SATELLITE SERVICES TO THE CARIBBEAN

DULLES, Va.-Orbcomm North Caribbean Ltd., which was formed by Systems Solutions Ltd.
and Voice Technologies Ltd., plans to offer satellite communications services to the Commonwealth of the Bahamas,
the Cayman Islands, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, the Republic of Haiti and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

First
though, ONC said it must do some negotiating.

“Orbcomm North Caribbean is working to obtain a full
commercial service license from the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, as well as to identify partners in each country in
our market,” said Barrett Russell, president of Orbcomm North Caribbean.

The introduction of Orbcomm is
expected to be immediately attractive to various North Caribbean businesses, including the transportation, utility,
maritime and environmental industries, said the company. ONC expects to market specific applications to those
industries, including meter reading, vehicle, container and vessel tracking and meteorological
monitoring.

Orbcomm provides global low-earth-orbit satellite data and messaging communications services.
