ATLANTA-Clear Communications Group Inc. announced the acquisition of Cellular Technology
International Inc., a provider of installation, checkout and testing, turnover and maintenance of cellular radio telephone,
enhanced specialized mobile radio, personal communications services and related wireless communications radio
equipment.
The acquisition is a “component of Clear’s vision to develop a true full-service and multi-regional
telecommunications services company,” said Michael Riley, president and chief operating officer of
Clear.
Clear said Rick Hanafin, current president of CellTech, will join Clear as general manager of the new
operating division.
