EL DORADO HILLS, Calif.-TeleCorp PCS Inc. awarded a statement processing services
contract to International Billing Services, according to the billing company. Under the terms of the agreement, IBS also
will provide statement design services.
TeleCorp PCS elected to use IBS’ BookBill format and its ExactView
service. BookBill consolidates several pages of account information onto a single sheet of paper, reducing costs and
making statements easy to read. ExactView will allow TeleCorp’s SunCom customer service representatives to retrieve
exact electronic images of customer statements quickly, said IBS.
