ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.-Berliner Communications Inc., which provides radio-frequency
engineering, site acquisition, project management and tower construction services nationwide, secured $1.5 million in
additional financing from Critical Capital Growth Fund L.P.
Berliner said the funds will be used for growth and
nationwide expansion.
“We have spent the past year forging strategic alliances and acquiring core capabilities
to expand our nationwide presence and reinforce our strategy of providing clients with a single point of contact for all
phases of network development and optimization,” said Jeff Staley, chief operating officer at Berliner.
