DENVER-Daniels & Associates said it set an all-time record during 1998 by completing 118
transactions with an aggregate value of $5.7 billion.
The year marked the most mergers and acquisitions, corporate
financings and financial advisory transactions Daniels has ever completed in one year, said the company.
Daniels
completed a total of 89 M&A transactions valued at $4.7 billion, including 35 deals in the cable TV sector. In the
telecommunications industry, the firm completed 32 transactions valued at a total of $914 million. Daniels also
completed four corporate financings and 25 financial advisories.
