ATLANTA-Deloitte Consulting and Kenan Systems Corp. said they signed a marketing
agreement under which Deloitte Consulting will assign staff to support installation of Kenan’s Arbor billing and
customer-care software in its network of solution centers.
The two companies also agreed to share industry and
application knowledge in areas such as churn and risk management.
“The Kenan Systems solution will further
enhance our systems integration capabilities and strong market reputation in strategy, process, technology and
organization consulting, thus positioning us to support a broader spectrum of business opportunities in the
market,” said Bill Gaik, practice director, telecommunications and media-Americas, Deloitte Consulting.
“This is a key element of our future growth.”
