SPECTRUM GETS BTS CONTRACT

FALLS CHURCH, Va.-Spectrum Resources Towers L.P. announced it acquired from
CommStructures Communications Inc. of Pensacola, Fla., 10 towers in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi and a
build-to-suit contract for 11 towers in the same area.

The towers in Louisiana have PrimeCo as an anchor tenant,
while DigiPH is the anchor tenant on the remaining towers, said Spectrum Resources Towers.
