CHICAGO-SBC Communications Inc. introduced its Cellular One Digital Edge Right Rate minute packs that eliminate long-distance charges for calls placed from Cellular One’s home coverage area in Chicago, north central Illinois and northwest Indiana.
The company said customers can choose from plans starting at 30 minutes for $20 per month.
