SANTA CLARA, Calif.-Intel Corp. and Dialogic Corp. announced they entered into an agreement under which Intel will acquire Dialogic for $44 per share in an all-cash transfer offer valued at approximately $780 million.
The acquisition is aimed at expanding Intel’s standard-high-volume server business, said the companies.
