TORONTO-Nortel Networks declared its regular quarterly dividend is 75 cents per common share, payable June 30 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 8.
In regards to Nortel Networks cumulative redeemable class A preferred shares series 4, the company declared a dividend of $1,156.11 per share. The dividend is payable on June 9 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 8.
