MINDEN, La.-Fibrebond Corp. said its new $7.5 million, 210,000-square-foot Minden, La., production plant went online this month, replacing the company’s 15-year-old plant that burned to the ground on Sept. 20, 1998.
The cause of the Sept. 20 fire, which took firefighters from six departments 16 hours to extinguish, has never been determined, said the company.
